9 Step #7 – Associating the Tags with Assets
After Tags have been physically attached to the assets that will be tracked, Tags and
assets need to be electronically connected in the Awarepoint system. This can be
done in Infopoint or System Manager.
The following section describes how to make this Tag/asset association in Infopoint.
9.1 Accessing Infopoint
Before you can access Infopoint, Awarepoint needs to set up an account with your
email address and initial password.
You can contact Awarepoint by sending an email to
support@awarepoint.com.
1. From your web browser, type this URL into your web browser:
http://aps.awarepoint.com
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.

Your view will depend on the permissions set when your account was set up by
Awarepoint. You may not have access to all the tabs you see here.
