The body of the AVC-NBM81F180 camera is designed to meet the full specifications of the
IP67 rating, which provides one of the highest ratings against rain and dust which affords the
camera to be placed in almost any outdoor application.
Weatherproof Rated
By implementing the latest in H.265 technology + IFS™ (Inactive Frame Shaving), this camera can
produce even greater image quality in comparison to H.264 technology, while using up to 50% less
storage and streaming bandwidth, potentially increasing storage times and also reducing latency
when viewing video on mobile devices.
For standalone use or for backup purposes in the event that your recorder loses power, the
AVC-NBM81F180 supports the use of microSD storage (max. 128GB) to allow you to record
based off a timed schedule or by motion, alarm or video analytic events.
Multiple Power Sources
The AVC-NBM81F180 features the ability to be powered by both a 12VDC power supply or by an 802.3af PoE
switch or port, which can reduce the cabling needed for each camera to just a single CAT5 (or higher) network
cable.
The AVC-NBM81F180 supports enabling up to 8 Region of Interest areas, which allows the user to assign certain areas
within the view of the camera to produce a higher quality picture compared to the rest of the frame, allowing efficient use
of storage and bandwidth and can allow clearer captures of faces and license plates.
Region of Interest (ROI)
When integrated with AVYCON recorders or through the web interface, the AVC-NBM81F180
camera’s panoramic view can be combined or split in different image configurations to allow the
operator to visualize the complete view coming from the camera to suit their needs.
