Forthedamageandlosswhichwascausedbytheuser'sspecificallyapplication,factorywon'tbearanyrisk
andresponsibility.Thefactorycompensationmadebybreachoffaith,negligenceortortiouswon'texceedthe
amountoftheproducts.Thefactorywon'tbearanyresponsibilityforthespecial,unexpectedandcontinue
damagecausedbyanyotherreasons.
Ourcompanyhasthefinalrightofexplanationfortheaboveterms.
Iftheproductsarewithinthewarrantytime,thebuyershouldfillinthewarrantycardandsendbacktogether
withtheproducts.
Iftheproductneedsrepaired,youcanreturnittothemanufacturerthroughthesupplierordirectly.Ifyou
choosethelater,pleasecontactusinordertospeeduptheprocess.Andourcompanyonlyundertakethe
one-wayfreightfrommanufacturertocustomeraftermaintenance.

Theproductwillbemaintainedfreeforoneyear.
Theproductwillbeobtainedthefreemaintenanceserviceifthesamemalfunctionappearsagainwithinthree
months.
Malfunctionofproductscausedbyforcemajeure(suchaswar,earthquake,lightningstrikeandsoon),abuse,
non-standardoperation,changeofconstruction,non-normalwearoraccidentarenon-freeofwarranty.
Pleasepreventfromthedamagewhichiscausedbyheavypressure,thefiercevibrationandsoaksinthe
processoftransportationandstorage,whichdoesnotbelongtothefreemaintenancescope.
Pleaseadoptthewayoffissionpackageororiginalpackagetotransportbecausetheproductdamagedose
notbelongtothefreemaintenancescopeifyouusethewholepackingway,nottheoriginalpackingway.
Themaintenanceserviceswillnotbefreewhenthepan/tiltmoduleisdisassembledorservicedbytheuser
voluntarily.
Ourcompanyimplementsthelifetimepayableserviceiftheproductinmalfunctionhassurpassedthe
warrantyperiod.
