Alert Methods

The Room Alert 32W monitor can send alert noti cations via email and email-to-SMS using anonymous

SMTP relay. The Room Alert 32W monitor is fully SNMP compliant and can send SNMP Traps and/or

be accessed by any monitoring application that can issue a SNMP Get request.

Email alert noti cations are con gured in the Room Alert 32W web interface on the ‘Email’ tab of the

‘Settings’ screen. Email alert noti cations from the Room Alert 32W monitor are sent using anonymous

SMTP relay. Be sure the mail server being used is con gured to allow this type of connection.
