The video is using FFmppeg codes and uses the H.264 video compression format.
Your network environment conditions, e.g. the upload or download speed, may cause improper video
playback (black screen). If this happens, please quit the playback mode and try again.
The app layout may vary depending on the panel size of your mobile device.
7.6 Downloading and Deleting Video Files
Downloading
Long press the video clip to download the file onto your mobile device.
REMARK
During the download process, the system will both stop the live view and
the recording functions. The app will automatically inform any user
accessing the camera that the system is busy and the connection has been
terminated.
This function will help you to download the recorded files from the memory card. It is strongly advised to
download the files from your WLAN network, meaning the mobile device is connected to the same Wifi
router as the camera. Minimum bandwidth requirement is 1 Mb/s. The download process may be force-
stopped if the bandwidth becomes too slow.

• If you are experiencing scattering video image, switch the decoder
function to S/W Decoder.
