1. To check whether you are using Internet Explorer 32 bit.
o In Internet Explorer, open Help > About Internet Explorer.
You are using the 32-bit version if "64-bit version" is not shown
in the screen.
2. Activate browser compatibility:
o Select Tools > Compatibility View.
3. Set a custom security level for ActiveX controls:
o Open Internet Options > Security tab and click Custom level.
o Set the option "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt".
o Click OK.
