16.1.4 Changes
Showfile Versions: Showfiles now support versions. The name of
the current show is shown in the disk menu. When creating a new
show there is an option to give it a name (default = 'unsaved show').
There are now [Save] and [Save As] options in the disk menu. [Save
As] will allow you to create a new show which will be stored in a
separate folder and this will become the name of the current show.
[Save] provides a way to save versions of the show within this folder.
The first version will be called 'Initial Version'. If a new show has not
been named pressing [Save] will initially send you to the [Save As]
menu.
When in the 'Save A Version' menu you can optionally enter a tag for
the version or use the default QuickSave's. Autosaves will be saved
within the show folder. Pressing the Disk button twice will create an
autosave in the current show folder. Every version saved will create a
new file, even if the tag is identical.
When you choose a show to load you will be presented with a list of
all the available versions of the show.
User Personality Directory: When a personality is edited it will now
be stored in the custom personality directory. This provides a way for
the factory personalities to be updated without affecting user edited
personalities. Edited personalities will appear with '(user)' appended
to the fixture model when patching. If a copy of the personality
cannot be found on the console a copy will be created from the
showfile to allow editing.
Very High Priority overrides palettes: Values in playbacks set to
very high priority now take precedence over palettes applied to
fixture selections.
