• To disable the remote, press EXIT then 0 0 0.
• You can check if the remote is enabled or not by pressing the blank
button on the bottom left. If the LEDs flash once the remote is
disabled, if they flash twice it is enabled.
13.4 Pearl Tiger: installing the Tiger Wing
The Pearl Tiger has an optional “wing”
which can be plugged in to provide
playback faders 11-15. This makes the
number of playbacks the same as for the
Pearl 2008.
To connect the Wing, turn off the
console power and connect the Wing’s
mini-DIN plug to the socket on the rear
of the Pearl Tiger. Then power up the
console again.
If you are using the “wing” with Theatre
Mode, you can select whether the
Theatre Masters are on faders 7-10 or the normal 12-15 using some
internal links as shown below. The links are found on the rear of the
front panel near the roller. Set these links with the console powered off.
You must set all 8 links. Link 1-2 to use faders 7-10, link 2-3 to use
faders 12-15.
