Ifthereisnokeyboardormouseactivityforthis
amountoftime,theKVMsessionwillbeterminated
andtheuserloggedoutofthereceiver.
ShareControlTimeout
Whenthekeyboardandmouseareidleforthis
amountoftime,anotheruseronasharedKVM
sessioncangaincontrolofthekeyboardandmouse.
To edit the receiver settings:
1. Selectareceiverfromthelistofdevices.
2. OntheSettingstabthereareseveraloptionsthatcanbeenabledordisabled,usethedrop-
downmenustoconfigurethoseoptions.
NOTE: Whensomeoptionsareenabled,theymayrequireadditionalinformation.Forexample,autologin
willrequireausername.
3. ClickSave.
Receiver – Status tab
TheStatustabdisplaysthereceiverserialnumber,EID,statusandportnumber.
Transmitter details
WhenintheDevicestab,ifyouselectatransmitter,youwillseealistoftabsonlyapplicableto
transmitters.
Transmitter – Attributes tab
Theattributestaballowsyoutochangethename,locationanddescriptionofthetransmitter.Each
transmitterwithinasystemmusthaveauniquename.TheLocation,DescriptionandNotesfields
areoptional,andareusedonlyforyourowninformation.
Transmitter – Settings tab
Fromthesettingstab,youcanchangevarioussettingsforthetransmitter.Thefollowingtable
describesthetransmittersettings.

representthistarget.
WakeonLAN
EnablesthetransmittertosendaWakeonLANsignaltothe
targetwhenaKVMsessionisestablished.Thiscanbeused
towakeasleepingcomputer.
