Click the FRITZ!WLAN program icon in the notification
area of the task bar and select the menu command
“About”.
Once you have gathered this information, please write a
mail to AVM Support.
in the “Service” area of the AVM web site, select the prod-
uct, your operating system, and the topic for which you
need
support, from the “Support” area. You will receive a
selection of FAQs. If you need more Help, click the “more”
button to open the e-mail support form. Fill out the form
and then click “Send”. The Support team will contact you
by e-mail to assist you in resolving your problem.
