The PING New Target window allows you to configure and perform
the PING function.

Field Description
Host name Lets you select a target IP node by entering its hostname or Internet ad-
dress.
Seconds to pause Lets you specify the number of seconds between each packet transmission.

IP packet size to Lets you specify the size of the PING packet in bytes.
send in bytes
To start sending packets, press <Esc>. The sending node continues to
send request packets and collect response time statistics until you
press <Esc> again and exit PING.
To select additional IP nodes, press <Insert>. Enter the IP address of
the node in the Host Name field. Press <Esc> to start sending pack-
ets.
