This manual is intended to facilitate a quick start in NetWare Connect for IS-
DN. Please see the reference manual mentioned below for more information.
Further details on RNSI, CCS and NDC are found in the accompanying refer-
ence manual, the “NetWare Connect for ISDN 2.0 Installation and Adminis-
tration Guide”.
The AVM Data Call Center (ADC)
The AVM Data Call Center (ADC) provides access to the latest information, as
well as free updates and extensions, for AVM products.
The ADC is accessible in the following ways:
l By ISDN file transfer:
You can dial the ADC using the file transfer program Connect or
Connect32, included with all AVM ISDN-Controllers, or with AVM’s
FRITZ!data. The file transfer server’s ISDN number is (IDtrans protocol):

1.3 Package Contents
NetWare Connect for ISDN contains:
l 1 “NetWare Connect for ISDN 2.1” CD-ROM with CD key
l 1 license disk for the given number of ISDN ports, for NetWare versions
without NIAS 4.1
The CD key is found on the back of the CD case. Keep both the CD key
and the license disk in a safe place. Both are absolutely necessary for
the NetWare Connect for ISDN installation.
l 1 “NetWare Connect for ISDN 2.1” manual
l 1 “NetWare Connect for ISDN 2.0 Installation and Administration
Guide”
l 1 single user license for NetWAYS/ISDN 4.0, Windows 95/98 or Win-
dows NT, including manual.
