4 ISDN and GSM Operation
An audible signal notifies you when you receive an SMS
message. Messages you receive are stored in the “In-
box”. New messages are indicated by a closed envelope
icon; messages you have read are shown with an open
envelope.
FRITZ!sms offers you the following commands:
• Reply to incoming messages
• Send outgoing messages again
• Delete incoming and outgoing messages
• Create archive
• Move messages to archive
SMS is only supported by the Siemens S10(D, active),
E10(D) and Sony CMD X2000 mobile telephones!
Fonmanager
The FRITZ!GSM Fonmanager makes it easy to manage
and edit your mobile telephone’s speed dialing directories
on your PC.
To load one of the mobile telephone’s internal phone
books in the computer, click on the Open mobile Phone
book button in the tool bar. Then select the phone book
you want to open from the list of those available. Confirm
your choice by clicking on OK.
You may now perform the following operations:
• Edit entries
• Sort entries
• Create new entries
• Delete entries
• Copy entries to or from your mobile phone’s internal
phone book
• Search for specific entries
• Let the computer dial a number for you
