3.4.3 Unloading the Driver Software
To remove the driver software from memory, click on M2
Unload in the “AVM” folder under “Programs” in the Start
menu. A message appears confirming the operation.
Before you remove the AVM Mobile ISDN-Controller
M2 from the PCMCIA slot, you must first deactivate it. To
do so, click on the PC card icon in the “tray” (at right in
the Windows 98 task bar). In the pop-up menu that
appears, select “Stop AVM Mobile ISDN-Controller M2”.
A message appears to inform you that you may now
remove the card.
If you reinsert the Controller, it is automatically loaded
with whichever D channel protocol was active last, and is
then ready for use.
