arise. Here you will find the important information you
need, in the form of manuals, updates and support.
In many cases problems that arise during operation can be
resolved by installing the current Microsoft Service Pack for
your operating system. The current service pack can be ob-
tained free of charge from Microsoft.
17.1 Product Documentation
To take advantage of all commands and features of your
ISDN-Controller, consult the following product documenta-
tion:
 User manual
A printed user manual is included in the ISDN-Control-
ler B1 PCI v4.0 package and a PDF file is available in
the INFO\MANUAL folder on the installation CD.
You can install the Acrobat reader to view PDF docu-
ments from the INFO\ACROBAT folder of the installa-
tion CD.
 AVM ISDN Tools manual
This manual describes the AVM ISDN-Tools and is
stored in PDF format in the INFO\MANUAL folder on the
installation CD.
 Readme
The Readme file contains current information which
was not yet available at the time the manual was com-
pleted. The README file is included on the installation
CD.
