Controller A1 PCMCIA – 10 Troubleshooting 53
Error message: “Error during installation. Internal error:
ISDN driver not loaded.”
Possible cause: The driver file A1CBASE.386 has been delet-
ed or the corresponding entry in the SYSTEM.INI file is miss-
ing.
Solution: Conduct the setup program SETUP.EXE from the in-
stallation CD again.
Error: The “A1 PCMCIA Test” test program is not executed in
Windows.
Possible cause: The test program was executed while driver
software (CAPI) was loaded.
Solution: Close Windows and execute the test program un-
der MS DOS.
