Readme file for the ISDN-Connector FRITZ!X PC: The

Readme file contains current information which was not

yet available at the time the manual was printed.

– In the operating systems Microsoft Windows Me, 98,

95 and NT 4.0, the file “FRITZ!X PC Readme” can be

found in the “AVM” program group after the softwa-

re installation.

– In the operating system Microsoft Windows 2000,

the file README.DOC is found in the folder WIN-

DOWS.2K on the FRITZ!X PC CD.

l AVM also provides detailed information and free

software updates on its Internet site:

www.avm.de/en/FRITZ/index.html

Click “Service” for answers to frequently asked questi-

ons (FAQs), and for AVM support.

l The “Service” page also contains a link to the latest dri-

ver software for your FRITZ!X PC ISDN-Connector, as well

as other software such as the newest AVM system dri-

vers.

l All the programs and drivers available on AVM’s Inter-

net site can also be downloaded from the AVM Data Call

Center (ADC). Dial the ADC at the number +49 (0)30 / 39

98 43 00. No user name or password is necessary for

access to the ADC.

For maximum throughput, use FRITZ!data with the IDtrans

protocol to download programs, drivers etc.
