Your fax should contain the following information:
z An e-mail address or fax number at which you can be re-
ached.
z Your name and address.
z Which AVM ISDN-Controller model are you having trou-
ble with?
z Include the version number and build number of the
driver used. The version number and build number are
found in the README file which is located in the “AVM”
program group.
z Is your ISDN-Controller connected directly to the ISDN
NT, or to a PBX extension line?
z What operating system is running on the computer in
which you have installed the AVM ISDN-Controller B1
PCI v4.0?
z What is the exact wording of the error message?
z Please supply as detailed a description of the error as
possible: at what point does the error occur, which soft-
ware are you having problems with, etc.
Please answer the following questions in your support re-
quest as well, as these points can be very helpful in solving
your problem:
z Can you reproduce the error?
z Does the “B1 Test” program in the “AVM” group detect
problems with your ISDN-Controller?
If so, what messages does it display?
z Are you able to dial up a data connection to the AVM
Data Call Center (ADC) with your AVM ISDN-Controller B1
PCI v4.0 ?
