if any questions or problems arise. Whether manuals, up-
dates or support–here you will find the important informati-

In many cases problems which arise during operation can be
resolved by installing the current Microsoft Service Pack for
your operating system. The current service pack can be ob-
tained directly from Microsoft.

A PDF version of the manual is included in the package in the
INFO\MANUAL folder on the CD. If you need to install the
Acrobat Reader to read the PDF file, you can do so using the
installation program included in the INFO\ACROBAT folder on
the CD.
The AVM ISDN-Tools manual
This manual documents the AVM ISDN-Tools and is available
in PDF format in the INFO\MANUAL folder. If you need to in-
stall the Acrobat Reader to read the PDF file, you can do so
using the installation program included in the INFO\
ACROBAT folder on the CD.
B1 Readme
The “B1 Readme” file in the program group “AVM” contains
current information which was not available at the time the
manual was printed.
