Configuring the ISDN-Controller B1 PCI v4.0 with Stand-Alone CAPI

To enter the driver software for the CAPI Manager, enter
the following command:
<CD-ROM DRIVE>\CARDWARE\B1_PCI\
NETWARE\4CAPIMGR\ENGLISH
7. Confirm with “Return”.
8. In the next step, select “Install on this server” and
press “Return”.
The files for the AVM ISDN-Controller B1 PCI v4.0 are
now copied to the SYS:\SYSTEM directory.
The README file for the AVM ISDN-Controller B1 PCI v4.0
is displayed on the screen, concluding the installation.
9. Press “Esc” to close the display.
10. Press “Esc” as often as necessary to close all sub-
menus and return to the “Configuration Options” menu.
11. Select “Exit” to leave the installation program.

operation and configure the ISDN-Controller with Stand-
Alone CAPI.
To use the CAPI Manager, read further under “Configuration
of the ISDN-Controller B1 PCI v4.0 with CAPI for the CAPI Man-
ager” on page 42.
8.2 Configuring the ISDN-Controller B1
PCI v4.0 with Stand-Alone CAPI
To configure the AVM ISDN-Controller B1 PCI v4.0 with Stand-
Alone CAPI, enter at the system console:
load b1setup
A list of available ISDN-Controllers with their I/O addresses,
interrupts and D-channel protocols appears. Use the cursor
keys to select the controller to be configured from this list
and then press “Return”.
The configuration window for the AVM ISDN-Controller B1 PCI
v4.0 appears. Here you can perform the settings for the D-
channel protocol, the Point-to-Point protocol (Direct Dial-In)
