Prepare the following information for your Support consult-
ant:
The Product Identification Code which is printed on the
back of the CD case.
Which version of Alice is installed on your computer?
Which processor type (CPU) and speed does your com-
puter provide?
Which operating system do you use?
What is the currently installed CAPI 2.0 driver version
(including manufacturer name)?
What camera do you have connected?
What audio input and output devices do you use?
Is your ISDN-Controller operating on a PBX line?
At what step of the installation or with which function
does an error message appear? What is the exact word-
ing of the message?
Once you have put together all of this information, please fax
them to AVM Support. We hope that the support team will be
able to assist you in resolving the problem.
