This manual and the Alice Online Help are the first informa-
tion resources.
The AVM web site offers detailed information on products
and services and provides updates. Press releases about
AVM and its products are also presented here. Just enter
www.avm.de/en and off you go!
6.3 Assistance From AVM Support
Please use the information resources described above be-
fore contacting the AVM Support Desk.
If these instructions and the various information sources
have not helped to resolve your problem, contact AVM Sup-
port for additional technical assistance. The support desk
can be reached by e-mail or by fax.
Support by E-mail
Support requests can be sent to AVM by e-mail. Support in-
quiries can be sent to AVM using the e-mail form provided at
the Internet address
http://www.avm.de/en/service/support/
Select “Alice” as the product and enter the data in the form.
Send the completed e-mail form to AVM Support by clicking
the “Send” button.
