Q: When I receive fax from the @V5000, the header which shows
the date, time, fax number, company name, and total page number is
missing. Is there anyway to show the header?
A: Not for now, but that feature will be available in the next
generation of the @V5000.
Q: How many fax destinations can be set in the @V5000?
A: The total number of e-mail address and fax number can be set in
the machine is 2000. That means if you set a total of 500 e-mail
addresses, then you can set 1500 fax numbers.

Q: Can I adjust the image contrast when sending e-mails from the
@V5000?
A: No, when you are sending the image, you are unable to adjust the
image contrast since it has been optimized. Yet, your recipient is able to
adjust it in an Image Editing software application.
Q: Is it possible to scan and generate multi page documents from the
flatbed?
A: Yes, please press the "Manual Feed" button before pressing the Fax,
E-Mail, or Copy function button. Once the first page has been scanned,
the LCD-display will indicate to continue or end your scanning. Follow the
instruction to complete the request. After completing the scanning all
your pages, press the “Manual Feed” button again to end. For more
information about the operating steps, please refer to the user’s manual in
the CD.

Q: Is the @V5000 compatible with Inkjet color printer?
A: So far the @V5000 is only compatible with laser printer with PCL-
compliant printer language.
