connected.
2. Check if the printer is turn on.
3. Restart the @V5000 and your printer.
4. If the message still appears, contact your dealer.

Type the IP address of the @V5000 from
another PC in DOS. If the @V5000 has no
response, then perform the following
steps.
1. Check if the RJ-45 connector is firmly
plugged-in.
2. Check the Ethernet cable.
3. Check the @V5000 IP address.
4. Check the destination IP address.
5. Check Subnet Mask.
6. Check Gateway IP.
