USING THE HOOK BUTTON
The hook button allows you to hear the dialing tone and to use the
function of fax on demand.
To use the Hook button,
1. Press the Fax button ( ) on the panel.
2. Press the Hook button ( ).
3. Dial the fax number on the Fax field. You will hear the dialing
tone.
4. The LCD displays the Send or Receive Fax message.
5. Choose to Send Fax or Receive Fax. The document will be
sending out if you choose Send Fax. Or the machine will be
receiving and printing your requested documents from a remote
fax machine if you choose Receive Fax.
1. Send Fax.
2. Receive Fax.
