USING THE SPEED DIAL
SETTING THE SPEED DIAL
The Speed Dial allows you to dial a full fax number by pressing a single
key. To use this method, you must first set the fax number into the
Speed Dial key.
To set the speed dial,
1. Press the Menu button ( ) on the Control Panel and select
the “Speed Dial” item and press the Select/OK button( ).
The Speed Dial screen appears.

2. Select the number you desire. The fax number screen appears.
3. Enter the name and fax number
4. Point to the Save & Exit item and press the Select/OK button
( )to save your setting.
Note: The speed dial function works only when you send your document via the
supplied Fax Modem. To learn how to install the fax modem, please refer
to Chapter 2 Setting up Your Machine.
