4 Installation
Pre-requisites for installation
Ensure that the following conditions are met so that Avira SmallBusiness Suite can work
correctly on your server:
3 System requirements met
3 Administrator rights available
Perform installation
f Insert the Avira CD-ROM in the CD drive.
 The welcome dialog of the Avira CD-ROM appears.
f Click on
Avira SmallBusiness Suite in the SmallBusiness Suite area.
- OR -
f Double-click in the CD directory
en / products on the program file
avira_smallbusiness_suite_en.exe.
 The dialog window of the set-up program appears.
f Click on
Accept.
 The set-up program for Avira SmallBusiness Suite starts. Set-up is prepared.

Welcome... appears.
f Click on
Next.
 The dialog window with the license agreement appears.
f Conform that you accept the license agreement and click on
Next.

Select license key appears.
f Select the directory in which you have stored the license file and confirm with
Next.

Choose destination location appears.
f Confirm the given destination directory with
Next.
- OR -
f Select a different destination directory with
Change... and confirm with Next.

Select components appears:
The components have the following functions:

Avira SmallBusiness Suite: helps you to install and configure Avira products via
your network
–
Avira AntiVir Exchange Server: protects your Exchange Server.
–
Avira Internet Update Manager: Keeps your Avira products up to date via the
Internet.
f Activate or deactivate the required components and confirm with
Next.
 The dialog window
Administrative user account appears.
f Enter a user account with administrator rights and the associated password and click
on
Next.
