As [product], you can use:
• Scanner - (recommended) to update the scanner, engine and vdf files.
• MailGate - complete update (MailGate, scanner, engine and vdf files).

Start the update process to test the settings:
/usr/lib/AntiVir/avupdate --product=[product]
where [product] takes the same values as above.
 If successful, a report will appear in the logfile /var/log/avupdate.log
