(e) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties
with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous
understandings, statements, warranties, representations and agreements, both oral and written, relating
thereto. This Agreement cannot be modiî‚żed except in a writing signed by the party against whom
enforcement is sought.
