System Requirements and
Compatibility
To integrate your VENUE system with
Pro Tools, you need the following:
 An Avid-qualified VENUE system with an in-
stalled VENUE record/playback card (HDx card,
MADI card, or the FWx card).
– and –
 An external hard drive (or drives). Visit
www.avid.com for information on external hard
drive requirements.
Avid
can only assure compatibility and provide
support for hardware and software it has tested
and approved.
