Version 2.6.1 ReadMe Compatibility Notes and Issues Microsoft Windows MOS Gateway is qualified for use on Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 and Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 operating systems only. Windows 2000 or earlier is not supported. Microsoft Java Virtual Machine MOS Gateway is qualified with version 5.00.3810 of the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (VM). iNEWS NRCS MOS Gateway requires that the iNEWS newsroom computer system be running version 2.0 or higher.

Version 2.6.1 ReadMe MOS devices on the network but not specified in the mosconfig.xml file generates errors in the log file If a MOS device is present on the network and is configure to communicate with the MOS Gateway computer it will cause error messages to be logged in the MOS Gateway logging if it is not also specified in the mosconfig.xml file. This is normal behavior.
