5 Click Apply and restart the workstation.
• After you have configured or changed Euphonix Control Panel settings, the system will need to be rebooted. This will re-
launch the virtual MIDI driver and also start ExHUI.
Set Up Pro Tools Peripherals
To configure Pro Tools:
1 Launch Pro Tools.
2 Go to Setup > Peripherals.
3 In the Peripherals setup window, go to the MIDI controllers tab. Here you will need to specify the number of HUI devices to be
used in your system, and which MIDI ports they will communicate on.
Deciding how many HUI modules to configure will affect how banking behaves and determines how many tracks are accessible
from the touch-screens. A general rule of thumb is to create one HUI for each CM408T module in a S5MC, or for each Surface
module in an Artist Series configuration.
