· Scan selected folder - allows to choose a specific folder for scanning. For
more information refer to chapter Scans Overview.
· Scan file - allows to choose a specific file for scanning. For more information
refer to chapter Scans Overview.
· Update - starts the Update wizard.
· Update from directory - starts the update based on existing update files
placed in an directory.
4.5. Menu Help
The Contents menu item launches new window with structured quick help for the
AVG Rescue CD.
The About AVG menu item launches a new dialog window containing the current
AVG Program information (contact information). The information is divided onto
several tabs, where you can find information about program version, your system
information, license agreement and contact details.
