10.2.1. Setting Items as Mandatory
To change Firewall component status choose one of these options:
· Firewall enabled - will start the Firewall component.
· Firewall disabled - will stop the Firewall component (both local and outside
network traffic is available).
· Emergency mode - will block all traffic (including local network).
You can set the whole configuration as mandatory by checking the Set whole
configuration as mandatory checkbox available in the General information dialog.
Additionally, you can set certain individual or all settings within profiles as mandatory -
to do so simply select the required profile and in the main section click the Set button
to mark all items as mandatory. Use the Reset button to set all profile values back to
monitored.
