In this dialog choose which columns you wish to include in your report. Click the Select all button to
include all columns or use the Select default button to keep the default one. To change the order of
the columns, first select the desired column you wish to move and choose the appropriate action:
Move to top - moves the selected column to the first place.
Move up - moves the selected column one step up.
Move down - moves the selected column one step down.
Move to bottom - moves the selected column to the very end position.
