9.5 Viewing the Accumulators
The Model 1040 automatically records ingredient, recipe and pen usage when using
recipes and pen unload features. The following describes how to view the
accumulators on the indicator. Refer to Figure 9.1.

number and press SELECT. The ingredient description is displayed.
