4. Instructions for Factory / Field Installation of Back

Installation Procedure

1. Disconnect Power to Printer.

2. Disconnect Stacker Cable & Remote Control Panel (if so equipped).

3. Remove the Rear Cover (save screws).

4. Remove Web Guide Assembly to facilitate reworking of Front Cover

(save screws)

5. Locate (2) small Detents below Right Web Guide Shaft.

(2) DETENTS

6. Using a 3/16 drill, create holes through the Front cover with the Detents

as a center guide. Increase the size of the hole to approximately 3/8”.

NOTE:

Loosening the Front Cover Screws will allow

the Cover to move away from the Frame to allow

some Tool clearance.


