Save and Send the System Log:
If you encounter unknown issues and are unsure of how to troubleshoot the unit, sending us
the saved system log data can help us analyze the problem faster.
1. Insert a USB Flash drive into the USB Port of the HVC System.

2. In the Home menu, click Setting > Test > Save
System Log and press .
3. The system log will be saved to the USB Flash
drive.
4. After the file is saved, press .
5. Remove the USB Flash drive and insert it into
your computer’s USB port. Locate the file
message.tar.gz and send it to the technical
support team.
