RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
•
Wash and rinse thoroughly, before and after each use. Disassemble all
pieces, wash in non-antibacterial detergent and rinse thoroughly
•
Boil for 5 minutes before first use
•
INSPECT SPOUTS BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE. REPLACE WHEN WORN,
DAMAGED OR PUNCTURED, FOR EXAMPLE BY BITING. IN ANY EVENT WE
RECOMMEND REPLACING SPOUTS AFTER 2-3 MONTHS USE
•
Dishwasher safe – food colourings may discolour spouts
•
To sterilise, use an AVENT electric or microwave steam steriliser or boil for
5 minutes
•
Not suitable for hot or fizzy drinks
•
MICROWAVE CAUTION: do not warm liquids in microwave oven as this may
cause uneven heating and could scald your baby – The AVENT Express Bottle
Warmer is the FAST, SAFE way to warm liquids
•
This product must always be used under adult supervision. Do not allow
child to play with small parts, or walk/run while using the cup
•
Continuous and prolonged sucking of any fluids other than milk and water
will cause tooth decay. Fruit juices and flavoured sugary drinks are not
recommended but if they are used, they should be well diluted and only
used for limited periods, not constantly sipped
•
Do not use anti-bacterial cleaners
•
Always ensure valve is properly assembled
•
Magic Cups should only be used as an aid to help children progress to using
ordinary cups
•
Do not use cups with spouts to mix infant formula as this may clog the
non-spill valve and cause components to leak
Spare spouts with valves available separately – can be used with all AVENT
feeding bottles
(Excludes AVENT Disposable bottles. Do not use valves with AVENT
teats).
