Turn this switch to Manul position to power the system manually. Switch to AUTO to power up the system automatically.
Installation To install the Trunk Unit System follow the following steps in order. Preparation Remove the rear seat lower half. Remove kick panel and trim strips on front and rear passenger side car. Remove or loosen lower half of trim on the door post between front and rear door enough to get the control cable under. If windshield mounted camera mount the foot to the window by following direction on the included adhesive package. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

Basic Operations POWER UP THE SYSTEM After completing the installation of In trunk System you can power up the system as describe below: Power Up the System Manually: To turn the system on manually turn the power switch to the “Manul” position. Power up the system by the over Head Light: If the power switch is on the “AUTO” position then turning on the over head light will turn on the system.
Programming TIME & DATE SETUP In this section we discuss some of the powerful programming features of in trunk system. To access the programming mode first turn the programming key of the vault to “ON” position. You can do simple programing just by pressing the combination of “SET”, “UP”, “DOWN”, and “RESET” button. An Internal clock generates time and date that is super imposed on the LCD display. After the clock is set, the date and time modes are displayed on the monitor screen (live picture).
Selecting Date Format 1 2 3 4 TITLER Under the “Time & Date” menu place the cursor in front of “Date Format” and press “SET” button. Cursor will start blinking. Chose the format from the selection yy/mm/dd or mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy by pressing either “UP” or “DOWN” button. Exit out from all the menus to activate your selection. You can program up to 20 character of title on the screen. Title is places in the video horizontal line. Follow the following steps to program the title on the screen.

Place the cursor in front of message # that you want to change and press “SET” button. Blinking cursor will appear on the screen. Enter a character using “UP” or “DOWN” button. After entering the first latter press “SET” button to move the cursor in the next place. Again use “UP” or “DOWN” button to enter next latter. Repeat steps 6 to 8 until you enter the complete the message title.
4 Under the Display setting menu place cursor in front of “display Format” using “UP” or “DOWN” button. To select display format press “SET” button. Now choose either top or bottom positions by using “UP” or “DOWN” button. Press “SET” button to chose your selection. Exit out from all the menus to activate your selection.
6 Exit out from all the menus to activate your selection. Gray Scale / Background Gray Scale/ Background color sets the gray scale and background color of the alphanumeric text on the display. Follow the procedure to set the gray scale or background color. VCR Status VCR Status if on displays all the VCR operating modes on the screen(e.g FF, REW, PLAY, REC etc). Follow the procedure to turn the VCR Status On/Off.

You MUST have an RMA # on your package before we can accept it. We do repair work on an individual basis, with each repair quoted prior to work performed if the repair is estimated to exceed $100.
