Type Description

Shared messages Are messages, defined by your system administrator, that you can send

to any group.

Free messages Are custom messages you type yourself.

Send a message using User message

User messages are messages you can send to previously configured

groups of recipients. User messaging is only available if the administrator

has configured it, and has populated the eWEB_SNDGRPMSG table.

Sending a message using User message

Step Action

1 Log in to Web Administrator.

2 In the navigation menu, click User message.

If multiple areas are defined, click the name of the area, then

click User message.

The Send User Message > Please select group page appears.
