By default the SQL Server Browser is in state Stopped, and does

not start automatically.

2 Right-click on SQL Server Browser.

3 Choose Properties from the pull down menu.

4 To change the Start Mode from Disabled into Automatic, choose

Disabled or Automatic, as shown in the following two figures.
