Uninstalling a previously installed version of SOPHO CTI

Step Action

1 Click OK in the message box that states: An incompatible

version of the SOPHO CTI was detected. Uninstall the

incompatible SOPHO CTI version first.

2 Navigate to Start > Settings > Control Panel.

3 Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.

4 Search for the previously installed version of SOPHO CTI.

The following example shows screens and names that are the

same or different from the version previously installed on your

system.

5 Click Change/Remove.

The following window appears.
