Conﬁguring System DSN for Messenger DATA database

Step Action

1 Launch the Open Database Connectivity (OBDC)

Administrator tool shown in the previous figure.

Click Start on the Windows task bar, and choose Settings

> Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources

(ODBC)

2 Open the OBDC Setup window for Messenger_DATA.

• Click the System DSN tab.

• Click Add.

3 Select the driver.

• Choose Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) from the list.

• Click Finish.
