Creating a new user
The following procedure describes how to create a new user.
Create a new user
1. Open eCONFIG.
2. Expand the All Users menu.
Note:
Two submenu items are listed: eWEB and eCONFIG. eWEB contains the users
for eWEB, while eCONFIG contains the users for eCONFIG. These are separate
from each other, however the approach and authority mechanism is the same,
so the steps in this section apply to both.
3. Access the pop-up menu.
In the All users menu, right-click either eCONFIG or eWEB.
4. Create a new user.
Depending on the option you chose in step 3, select one of the following:
• New eConfig User
• New eWEB User
5. Enter the parameters for the new user.
Select each item in the left panel and enter parameters.
