Avaya B5800 Branch Gateway Rls 6.2 Engineering Release Note
Password with the corresponding password for “craft” user. Verify Synchronization / B5800
Branch Gateway is successful and the configuration can be opened from the B5800 Branch
Gateway / System Configuration window.
Note: If the Service Password and/or the Service Login for a B5800 Branch Gateway are changed,
the preferred method of adding a B5800 Managed Element is using the New Element or Bulk Import
feature. If the B5800 Branch Gateway is being discovered by System Manager using the subnet
discovery method, once data is available in Manage Elements, bulk import in edit mode can be used
to update all login/passwords at once.

H.245 tunnelling must be enabled on the BCM.
Topology: B5800 Branch Gateway --- SIP --- Session Manager --- SIP --- CS 1000 (tandem node) ---
H.323 --- NRS --- H.323 --- BCM (enable H.245 tunnelling)
