Button Programming: Actions

7.3.85 Forward On Busy Number

Sets the number to which calls are forwarded when using 'Forward on Busy' and/or 'Forward on No Answer'. Forwarding

to an external number is blocked if Inhibit Off-Switch Transfers is selected within the system configuration.

Details

· Action: Advanced | Forward | Forward on Busy Number.

· Action Data: Telephone number.

· The field to be left blank to prompt the user for entry when the button is pressed . If blank, users with a

· On large display phones, if configured without a preset target, this type of button will display an interactive

button menu for target selection.

For a button with a prefixed number, status indication will indicate when that number matches the users current
