When the Mandown call Auto answer option is enabled, the handset
automatically answers the next incoming call after the Mandown
notification is performed, and enables the speaker and handsfree profile.
Enabling Mandown Auto answer
To enable Auto answer for a Mandown call, perform the following steps:
2. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the
Mandown call option.
3. Press the Select soft key.
4. Press the Up or Down key to highlight the
Message option.
5. Press the Select soft key.
6. Use the Dialpad to enter the text of the emergency
message.
7. Press the Save soft key.
8. Configure the emergency call number to which to
send the message.
9. Press the Clr key one or more times to return to the
idle display.
Attention: If you configure a text message for Mandown, the
Auto answer feature does not apply to Mandown
calls.
1. Open the Calls menu using the steps in “Accessing
the call settings menu” (page 200).
