CR 114630-1: X.25
When full addressing is OFF, traffic is not forwarded to the right LCN.

The backup peer does not come up when the router is running DLSw RFC 2166.

If a router is configured for DLS Version 2166 and has UDP peers configured, the
log file fills up too quickly with “sending canureach to primary peer x.x.x.x!” This
message will now only appear when DLSw extended debugging is enabled.

A Virtual buffer memory (VBM) error occurs on bootup due to a message being
sent to ATM inbound process before registration has occurred.

After a VINES network outage, the routing table may become corrupt.

During reboot, the router may fail to download firewall policies and subsequently
drops all traffic.
