User Messages
Table 4.1 contains information on causes and recommended actions for each diagnostic condition.
If you are unable to correct the problem, call Beckman Coulter Field Service (in the United States,
call 1-800-742-2345; outside of the U.S., call your local Beckman Coulter office). To help the Field
Service representative diagnose and correct the problem, provide as much information about the
situation as you can, including:
the diagnostic message,
the operating situation when the diagnostic condition occurred (such as, rotor in use, speed, or
load type), and
any unusual environmental and/or operating conditions (such as ambient temperature, or
voltage fluctuations).

The information in Table 4-1 is provided as a user guide, and is not a comprehensive checklist.
